Wellness coaching session includes 1 on 1 time to explore strategies and skills to improve wellbeing.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens, things come up and appointments need rescheduling. When you book an appointment, $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment. You can cancel anytime but the $25 deposit is not refundable. You will not be charged full session price.
